Complaints Procedure

Effective from February 21, 2026

1. General Provisions

This Complaints Procedure governs the method and conditions for filing complaints about defective goods purchased from the online store brightsign.cz operated by Make more s.r.o., Company ID: 21890161.

2. Filing a Complaint

Complaints can be filed by email at info@brightsign.cz. Please include: - Order number - Description of the defect - Preferred resolution (repair, replacement, discount, refund) - Photo documentation of the defect (if possible)

3. Resolution Deadlines

The Seller will decide on the complaint immediately, or within 3 business days for complex cases. The complaint will be resolved no later than 30 days from the date it was filed.
