What is BrightSign and what is it used for?▾
BrightSign is the world leader in digital signage players. The players are used for displaying digital content on screens — in retail stores, restaurants, hotels, offices, hospitals, and other public spaces.
What is the difference between the S4, S5 and S6 series?▾
Series 4 (S4) is the older generation available on clearance at reduced prices. Series 5 (S5) offers higher performance and modern features. Series 6 (S6) is the latest generation with NPU for AI features, 4K60p decoding, and best-in-class performance.
How fast do you deliver?▾
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the Czech Republic takes 1–2 days. Slovakia and Poland 2–4 days. Other EU countries 3–5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard) via the secure Stripe payment gateway and bank transfer. For B2B customers, we also offer payment on invoice.
Do you offer B2B discounts?▾
Yes! After registering for our B2B program and verifying your VAT ID via VIES, you receive an automatic 10% discount off retail prices. For larger volumes or partner collaboration, we offer individual terms.
What is the warranty on BrightSign players?▾
BrightSign players come with standard manufacturer warranty. Series 5 and 6 have a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase (effective January 1, 2025). Clearance Series 4 products have a 2-year warranty.
Do I need a license for a BrightSign player?▾
No! Unlike competing solutions, BrightSign requires no monthly licensing fees. The BrightAuthor:connected content management software is completely free.
How do returns and complaints work?▾
You can return goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. In case of a defect, file a complaint through our contact form. Details can be found in our returns policy.
